Microdermabrasion for women

What is microdermabrasion?

This is a highly effective non-invasive skin treatment used to tackle many skin problems such as acne scarring, pox marks, scars from accidents or disease, fine lines smoothing and many other.

The SkinBase™ microdermabrasion machine uses a jet of ultra-fine aluminium oxide crystals to exfoliate the skin. The crystal works as an intense yet gentle abrasive to remove dead skin cells. Vacuum action hygienically removes these dead cells while stimulating blood flow to the area. This combination action stimulates the production of collagen and elastin resulting in firmer, more youthful-looking skin. You will see results from the very first treatment.

Learn more about microdermabrasion

The SkinBase™ Facial is progressive rather than aggressive, so skin layers are gently removed over a course of treatments. With treatments ideally being carried out every 7 – 10 days, each treatment can be increased in intensity. This will make sure the microdermabrasion exfoliation reaches deeper layers of the skin and allows for acne scarring to be removed, pigmentation lifted and fine lines smoothed. Whoever you are, The SkinBase™ Facial will help you to attain smoother, youthful-looking skin.*

*Please note that we regret that microdermabrasion cannot help clients with the vitiligo disorder.

What our clients are saying

I am a regular at the Salon for Microderm Facials, I always try to go once a month for my top up treatment. Since Lulu has been treating me I have noticed a great improvement with my face and she has helped me to identify the correct products for my skin type. I love having the Microderm done, I feel brand new after. I also have the Ear Candle treatment every now and again. It helps to totally clear my head and I always leave feeling fantastic. The Salon is well kitted out and spacious, very good vibes, just really lovely and now I won't go anywhere else. Thank you and see you soon
